Insaga was founded by collaborators who first met at a Startup Weekend more than ten years ago and are now starting up together. The team combines strong technical execution with deep expertise in learning experience design and behavior change.
With backgrounds in scaling complex digital platforms and designing professional learning programs for global organizations, they are building Insaga to help powerful learning experiences translate into sustained real-world change.

Andy Sontag
LinkedInLearning experience designer, facilitator, and entrepreneur focused on turning powerful experiences into sustained behavioral change. He is a Program Director at Kaospilot Experience Design, where he creates trainings in experience design. Andy is the co-founder of Insaga an AI-powered platform that strengthens learning application and developmental growth by supporting participants after live training experiences.
